Best Selfie Spot in Boston, Massachusetts

27 Jul 2020

Boston’s newest hidden spot for the best selfie is located at Clippership Wharf in East Boston! Set along the historic waters of Boston Harbor with unobstructed views of the Boston skyline you are guaranteed to get your perfect selfie.

Whether you are visiting Boston as a tourist, just moved here from out of town, or are a lifelong Boston native, you will want to make a special trip to see Boston from this vantage point. The easiest way to get here from Downtown Boston is to take the water taxi to East Boston/Dock #66 and follow the signs to Clippership Wharf Harborwalk, located at the edge of the water.

This spot will steal your heart for so many reasons. Peer across the harbor with the fixed binoculars to see the details of historic Boston markers like the Custom House at Long Wharf, the Zakim Bridge at North Station, or the Bunker Hill Monument in Charlestown. Gaze toward the Seaport and see the impressive new high-rise architecture. Take in the salt air and enjoy all the harbor activity ranging from large shipping boats on their way to the Conley Terminal, cruises and taxis from Rowes Wharf and the Seaport, historic vessels from the Charlestown Navy Yard, or simply the beautiful sail boats floating by. Not many have experienced the Boston skyline from this perspective before. Now that the long dormant site at Clippership Wharf has come to life, come enjoy this moment and be sure to tag your incredible selfies and views!
